Our Guarantee
Fairytale Fashion guarantees the quality of this product. We will promptly return, exchange, or refund any purchase you are not happy with.

Shipping Guarantee
All in-stock items are shipped by Fairytale Fashion within 3 days of ordering. In the unlikely event of an item being out of stock, we will notify you by phone or email within 48 hours of ordering so that you may re-order.  We do not ship on Sundays and holidays. If you are in need of quicker shipping, please email for pricing.

Returns
You may return an item, for any reason, within two weeks of its receipt and Fairytale Fashion will reimburse you through your credit card for those items. Returns must be returned in the original packaging.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, return it in its original packaging and use the return address label provided in your shipment. If it is not an even exchange, we will refund or charge your credit card for the difference.

Shipping Damage
If your order has been damaged in shipment, we will exchange the item(s) and reimburse you for your return shipment cost. Please return the damaged items in its original packaging using the return address label provided. We will send you a new product and refund the cost of your original shipment from your credit card payment.
